Jay Arthur Goldberg

 Jay was admitted to the bar in 1967,  New York.  

Education: B.A. Yeshiva University, 1960; L.L.B. NYU Law School, 1966. 

Published “The Deductibility of the Costs of Education as an Ordinary & Necessary Business Expense",  NYU Intra Mural Law Review;  Winner, American Jurisprudence prize for excellence in Conflict of Laws. 

Served as a Tax Commissioner at the New York City Tax Commission from 1978 until September 1986 during the Koch Administration. 

​Member of the Real Estate Tax Review Bar Association.  Jay has lectured many times on the subject of NYC real estate taxes.

 Dara was admitted to the bar in 1994, New York.

Education:  B.A. University of Michigan, 1990; J.D. Cardozo School of Law, 1993. 

Dara is the Secretary of the Committee on Condemnation and Tax Certiorari of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York since 2003 and is a Vice President and Director of the Real Estate Tax Review Bar Association.
